• Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly replace your copy at no additional cost.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Ormíse Global is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or natural events).

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ormíse Global is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• For issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at ormiseglobal@gmail.com within 7 business days with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly replace your item at no additional cost.
